Just keep stirring little by little. After sometimes the mixture starts leaving the pan. And color also slightly changes to dark color. Switch off the flame..
  5. Take aluminium foil, grease with ghee. Apply little ghee on hands. And transfer the mixture to foil. With the hands just slightly rotate the dough in cylindrical shape. Wrap the aluminium foil and close the sides properly. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours. Or till it sets.Take out from fridge. And cut into round shape..
  6. Apply silver wrak on the anjeer roll. Cut into round shape..
  7. Anjeer roll is ready to serve. Store it in fridge and wrap it with sheet. Don't keep outside for long time..
