Kadi chawal step by step

  1. Take a bowl add basan,salt, red chilli powder, chopped onion,mix well with the help of water, make a thick batter of it.
  2. Add oil in a Karachi and make pakoras from the batter.
  3. Take them out and keep it a side.
  4. Put curd, besan, turmeric. Powder, salt in a mix &grind the mixture.
  5. Add thin sliced onions and ginger garlic paste and cook them till they became light brown in colour.
  6. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for few seconds.
  7. Now pour the grinded Mixture in it.
  8. Add 1 glass of water in it and cook till it becomes thick on a low flame.
  9. Before serving add pakoras in it..
  10. Now add a washed and soaked rice in it with double the water means if 1 glass of water soaked rice for 20 minutes.
  11. When it come to a boil slow down the flame and cook for 20 minutes.
  12. Serve hot with Kadi and salad..
