- Take lassi in a big bowl and besan salt,red chilli turmeric powder and required water.
- Boil this when the bubbles come up now low the flame and let it boil for 20-25 min.
- Take a pan heat oil add jeera chopped onion potato and ginger and garlic paste and green chilli.
- When onion become brown add salt rd chilli and turmeric Powder mix it.
- Cook for 10-12 min.
- Now add gravy into the boiled kadi and mix it well.
- Now kadi is ready to serve.
- Take a cooker add oil and jeera.
- Now add rice and water and salt mix it well.
- Cover the lid tightly and cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Now kadi chawal is ready to serve.
