  1. Sabse pehle oil ko kadhai mein garam karein jab wo ache se garam ho jaye usme kadi ke liye pakore fry karein.
  2. For pakore- 1 bowl mein 1 small bowl besan le usme salt dale 1/4 red chilli powder 1/4 haldi aur baking powder dale aur pani dalke paste bnale aur oil mein fry karein.
  3. Pakore kadhai se nikalne ke baad usi oil mein hing dale aur jeera aur methi dana ek sath fry karein uske baad usme garlic dale golden brown hone tak saute karein fir usme onions dale aur golden brown hone tak saute karein...
  4. Ab ek bowl mein lassi dale usme salt 1/4 haldi aur baki ki red chilli powder dalke blender se blend karein aur fir isko onions wali kadhai mein dale aur mix karein ab isme potatoes dale aur mix karein full flame par.
  5. Jab ye boil hona start ho jaye tb kadhai ko lid se cover karein aur sim gas par kadi ko pakaye jab tak ye ghee na chhod se aur potatoes gal na jaye....
  6. For rice- 1 pan mein 1 tbsn oil dale aur usme jeera dale fir usme rice aur water dale jab wo boil hona start ho jaye pan ko lid se cover krden aur gas sim kar ke rice banayein jab saara water rice soak le tb rice ready hai tb gas off krden...
