Kadi chawal. Kadhi chawal is a universal favorite for all North Indians. This Indian yogurt curry with rice is prepared by putting fried fritters in yogurt based curry. The deep fried pakodas submerged in thick creamy yogurt curry makes the experience unparallel.

  1. Take a pan add lassi and besan both and blend it with blender add salt 1 table spoon and turmeric powder and kali mirch boil it for 20-25 minutes on low flame.

Than take a pan put 2 table spoon oil in it add jeera,hing w8 for 3-4 seconds than add paste of ginger and garlic mix it well tha add onion w8 for become golden than add potato w8 for 10.min mix it well add salt / red chilli powder/ garam masala tadka is ready add in mixture of lassi and besan boil it on low flame after 15 minutes kadi is ready to eatt...
