- Roast dal masala till golden yellow..
- Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, sugar. Roast for few minutes..
- Put off the flame Cool the filling masala. Make small balls of masala of size smaller than table tennis balls.
- Take dough and knead it well. Take little dough of size of table tennis ball.
- Keep it on palm. Press it with another palm. Now take it on fingers of left hand and pressing with right hand fingers make a hollow in between..
- Keep masala ball in the hollow of dough. With right hand fingers bring extra dough on top. Remove the extra dough and seal the kachori properly..
- Press the kachori a little from centre and edges so as to give a disc shape. Keep aside..
- Prepare all kachoris from dough like this..
- Take a heavy bottom frying vessel and fill it half with oil. Less oil will make kachoris soggy..
- Now the Main tip is to put three to four kachoris in cold oil to make them crispy and market style. Put the sealed side at bottom. Now put on the flame on slow..
- After few minutes kachoris come up on the surface. Flip them..
