How to Prepare Tasty Besan Ladoo

Besan Ladoo Besan Ladoo are round sweet balls made by roasting gram flour and ghee together, and then adding sugar to make a thick pasty dough that is then formed into delicious, melt-in-your-mouth balls. Besan is gram flour which is nothing but flour made from split & husked black chickpeas or chana dal. Set aside until cool enough to handle. You can cook Besan Ladoo using 7 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Besan Ladoo

  1. Prepare of Chana Dal.
  2. You need of powder sugar.
  3. It's of White Raisins (White Manukas).
  4. Prepare of Charoli (Bedana).
  5. It's of Jaiphal (Grated powder).
  6. It's of Ghee (Amul cow ghee).
  7. Prepare of Salt.

Ladoos are an Indian and Pakistani sweet. I added a twist to mine and included coconut.my family loves these. They can be enjoyed at any holiday, as a treat during tea time, etc. And they're easy to make, in my opinion.

Besan Ladoo step by step

  1. Roast chana dal for 20 minutes and grind it well in mixer.. Besan Ladoo
  2. Take chana dal powder (besan) and roast it again for 30 minutes till get light golden colour.. Besan Ladoo
  3. Add ghee in roasted besan and again wait it for another 20 minutes then addd powder sugar, charoli,white manukas and some salt to taste. Mix it well. Take out mixer from gas and add one whole grated jaiphal into ladoo mixer..
  4. Cool ladoo mixer for 5 minutes then start making besan ladoos..
