  14. You need 400 grams of tinned chopped tomatoed.
  15. Prepare 50 grams of dark chocolate chopped.
  16. You need 250 ml of Red wine.
  17. You need 1 of beef stock cube or tablespoon gravy granules.

The chocolate helps to give them depth, whilst the main sensation comes from the fennel and chilli, both of which are very grown up flavours.   1. In a large pot heat the olive oil and add the onion, garlic, pepper, and spices.
  2. Add the chorizo and let it release it's oils into the pan.
  3. Add the mince beef and brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes red wine and stock cube/gravy granules and simmer for 30 mintues. If you don't want to add wine just use beef stock.
  5. Add grated chocolate and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  6. Add kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy.....We like to eat this with some grated cheese and either tortilla chips or tortilla bread.
