This particular recipe contains spring onion or lili dungri (green onion) for added flavour. My Grandma, who has Rajasthani roots, used to make this spring onion kadhi a lot in India, so naturally, my Mum picked up the recipe from her.

  2. You need of buttermilk.
  3. Prepare of Dhaniya powder.
  4. It's of Salt.
  5. Prepare of green chilli.
  6. It's of mustard seeds.
  7. Prepare of jeera.
  8. You need of spring onion.
  9. Prepare of Hing little bit.
  10. It's of turmeric powder.
