  1. For Bati, take wheat flour, besan sooji, Salt, ajwain, soda oil and mix well and make tight dough..
  2. Rest the dough for 15 mins. After that make small balls. Preheat microwave 180 degrees and put bati in it in grill mode for 15 minutes..
  3. After that turns bati and again put in microwave for 10 minutes. Then put in to in ghee..
  4. For Dal. Soak all dal for 30 mins. After that put into the cooker and make 5 to 6 whistling..
  5. For Dal tadka, take pan put jeera, garlic, onion and mix well for 3 minutes after that put tomato and all spicy and mix well until tomato becomes soft. And add this tadka in dal and cook for 10 minutes..
  6. For garlic chutney, Take garlic and red mirchi in the mixing bowl. And blend it and make fine paste add salt..
  7. And ready to serve dal batl and spicy garlic chutney.
