Ingredients of Chicken Liver Sukka

  1. It's 250 gms of chicken liver.
  2. You need 2 of medium onions finely chopped.
  3. Prepare 1 of medium tomato finely chopped.
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of paprika powder.
  6. It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  7. It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  10. Prepare as per taste of salt.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
  12. Prepare as per need of chopped coriander.
  13. It's 4 tbsp of oil.

Chicken Liver Sukka instructions

  1. Add 2tbsp of oil in a pan or kadai and let heat.
  2. Add in liver pieces and let cook on low to medium flame.
  3. Remove aside once cooked.
  4. Add in 2tbsp oil in the same pan.
  5. Add in chopped onions and let cook untill soften.
  6. Add in ginger garlic paste.
  7. Add in chopped tomato and let cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add in coriander powder, turmeric, paprika, black pepper and garam masala powder.
  9. Add in the liver and salt as per taste and saute well.
  10. Cover with lid and let cook for 2 min.
  11. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander and give it a mix.
  12. Ready to serve with bread, pav,roti or bhakari.
