- You need of full cream Milk.
- It's of Cardamom powder.
- You need of Milk powder.
- It's of chopped Pistachios.
- Prepare of Sugar.
First way-Stuffed Bread Rasmalai: Take one piece of round bread and spread some chopped nuts onto it and put another round bread on top of it just like sandwich. Now put stuffed bread in a seving bowl and pour rasmalai on it. Garnish with chopped nuts and Kesar/Saffron. Bread Rasmalai step by step
- Boil milk in a pan..
- Lower the flame and keep milk on heat..
- Stir occasionally and boil on low flame till it reduces 1/2..
- Add cardamom powder..
- Add sugar and mix well..
- Add milk powder and mix well..
- Cook till starts to thicken and switch off the flame..
- Cut bread slices in round shape with help of cookie cutter.
- Place round bread pieces in serving plate..
- Pour rabdi(thickened milk) over bread pieces..
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled..
